FEB 29: Crash Depth: A low budget 'B' feature about undersea aliens will be produced by Entertainment and Corbett Digital Films. The Budget on this movie will be about $3M. The film will be shot on High Definition Video. Pat Corbett will direct the movie which begins filming in April.

FEB 29: Megalodon: Another low budget feature 'B' movie by Entertainment and Corbett Digital Films. This $3M picture will be about a giant Prehistoric Shark. Megalodon  is written and directed by blade and Mission Impossible 2 special effects guru Gary Tunnicliffe.

FEB 29: Superman is ON!: The Sci-Fi Channel is reporting That Nicolas Cage and Warner Brothers are happy with the new script by 'T2's, Bill Wisher. Oliver Stone is considering the directing duties. WB studios is ready to go with the picture.

FEB 29: Bones: Along with Snoop Dogg, Pam Grier will star in the ghost picture for New Line Cinema. Script is from Tim Metcalf and Adam Simon, who did 'Carnosaur'. Juice director Ernest Dickerson will helm the project.

FEB 29: Charlies Angels: Kelly Lynch has joined the cast along with Matt LeBlanc. Villains for the movie include Tim Curry and Sam Rockwell. Bill Murray may join as well. The film is currently in production. LeBlanc will not get billing for the movie though. He will play the love interest of Lucy Lu of Ally McBeal fame.

FEB 28: Secret Agent Man: UPN's long expected series will be joining their Tuesday night line-up with another new non-genre show 'the Beat'. The comedy action series premieres March 7 @ 8pm. A series by Barry Sonnefeld and Barry Josephson.

FEB 28: Charmed by 5: Spelling Entertainment and Columbia Television have inked a deal with England's Channel 5. The deal includes the 1st season of Charmed. It will be their Friday night prime header at 8pm.

FEB 28: Beastmaster Tied Up:   The new series Beastmaster has tied with Back to Back hour as the #1 syndicated first run series. Campbell is the carrying a show with poor writing. The ratings have dropped and the Beastmasters ratings have increased. 

FEB 28: Stargate SG1 #1: The Showtime series Stargate SG-1 running in syndication is the #1 genre series. Roswell, Seven Days, and Voyager might do better if they were syndicated.

FEB 28: The Professionals Remake: Goldeneye screenwriter Bruce Feirstein is being paid a high six figure salary to script an updated remake of the 1966 western. 

FEB 28: Spiderman Villains:   Ain't It Cool is reporting  that the new script for the Spiderman feature film will include villains Doctor Octopus and the Green Goblin. Casting for these roles should bring in the fanfare of who plays the villains in the Batman Pictures. They are also reporting that Raimi is locked as the director. Nothing is signed but it is a done deal. 

FEB 26: Vamps Renewed:  Buffy and Angel have been renewed for 22 episodes each for the 2k-2k1 season.

FEB 26: Cage Out:  Nicholas Cage and Patricia Arquette have filed for divorce in LA citing what else, irreconcilible differences. Imagine that. Cage loves comics and has expressed interest in playing Superman, Batman and Iron Man.

FEB 26: Dreamworks Sold:  Electronic Arts, an entertainment software company has purchased Dreamworks Interactive, the electronics game unit. E.A. Sports, it's in the game.

FEB 26: X-Men:  The Marvel superhero feature is due to wrap location production in Canada. It will then be the time to begin laying in the extensive special effects and sound. July 14 is just around the corner.

FEB 26: New Trek:  Paramount has little concern of fan desires with the new trek concept already accepted. "It has to be unique and fresh" says Braga. "It can't be a rehashing of one of the previous series."  Paramount has said that Star Trek must re-invent itself in order for their to be a new series. Don't expect the new series until at least 2k1. Possibly a year after the final season of Voyager.

FEB 25: DC got Milk?:  DC comics has inked a one year deal for Batman and Superman to appear in dairy ads with milk mustaches. The deal includes other features like a sweapstakes, custom comic books, and an in-school campaign. Batman ads should begin appearing late March with Superman following in April.

FEB 25: DVD News:  Coming soon will be 'The Abyss: Special Edition at just $20.99 srp. Also joining the abyss will be Fightclub starring Brad Pitt at $23.99 srp. Look for them in March.

FEB 25: Pitch Black:  In its opening four days Pitch Black came in #4 with $14M. Nice opening for this picture. Go see it. I think you'll enjoy it. After dismal scifi/horror flicks like Virus, event horizon, and sphere, this picture is refreshing.

FEB 25: Fade To Black: The remake of the Orson Wells thriller will star Kenneth Branagh. It is being directed by John Sayles with a 2k1 release.

FEB 25: Sixth Day: Arnold stars in this one as we know in the $80M film. Now added to the cast to play the evil cloning scientist will be Robert Duvall. Roger Spottiswoode is directing.

FEB 25: Wonder Girl: Madonna is now in the running to portray the female comic book superhero 'Wonder Woman' in the Joel Silvers produced feature. Hopefully they will turn towards a someone who can actually act.

FEB 24: Fugitive 2K:  CBS is working on a new series of the Fugitive starring 'Wings' star Tim Daly. Due as a new series in the fall 2k.

FEB 24: More Vamps in 2K:  Fox is tapping into the well, again with a new Vampire soap set in New York. They are also considering a TV version of L.A. Confidential.

FEB 24: Vegas gets another try: After the UPN failure, 'the Strip' which I thought was pretty good, Las Vegas might get another shot with a series in a Crime show titled 'CSI' from Jerry Bruckheimer. Hasn't been a good Vegas show since Robert Urich's, Dan Tanna, in 'VEGAS'. That was a great series.

FEB 24: Hensen Sold:  The German Entertainment Co. EM.TV & Merchandising has aquired 100% of Jim Hensen Co in a cash & stock option transaction valued at $680M. Brian Hensen will remain onboard as Chairman. (variety)

FEB 24: Planet of the Apes:  The remake of the 1968 film, once to be helmed by James Cameron & Arnold Swartzenneger, appears to be in the hands of Tim Burton, (BATMAN). Reports are that he is in the final negotiations to direct the film. SFX Master Stan Winston is already on board. No producer has been signed, yet.

FEB 23: Battlefield Earth:  With a May release the first movie cover the first 436 pages, leaving the remaining 612 pages for the sequel. Don't forget there will now be a prequel feature after the sequel. 

FEB 20: Superman Scripted: The turmoil that has become Superman now has a completed script by Bill Wisher. Of course we don't if, and, or what Warner Brothers will do with it.

FEB 20: No Indy in Sight:  Harrison Ford is moving further away from Indiana Jones 4 as he signs on opposite of Catherine Zeta Jones in 'Traffic'. This is a drug film. (variety)

FEB 19Early, Early Edition: CBS has decided in to bring back Early Edition before the spring to its original time slot. However, with little fanfare, since the show returns tonight at 8pm. The will return with the episode 'Rose'.

FEB 19: New Shows Cancelled:  UPN has canned 'Dilbert' and FOX has again been quick to the whip again pulling 'Brutally Normal' after just five episodes. They have also shelved its lead in show, 'Zoe'. Replacing Dilbert on UPN will be the new cop show 'the BEAT'.

FEB 19: Arsenio OUT!: Oh Happy Days!!! It is time to celebrate as Arsenio Hall has told the producers of Martial Law, starring Sammo Hung, that he is quitting ML to get his own show possibly on HBO. Time for the producers to buckle down and get the orginal cast back. It was a good show before Arsenio joined and everyone else was canned.

FEB 19: Nana Visitor News: Also known to star trek Deepspace Nine fans as one Major Kira is now co-starring in the Las Vegas Mandalay Bay stage production of 'Chicago'

FEB 19: Blockbuster Cinema: The recently shown genre movies by UPN/BBV are now airing on the Sci-Fi Channel. Thursday night was Bermuda Triangle: Into the Abyss. Airing next week is Roswell: the Aliens Attack. Take a view folks. Not the end all shows, but at least they are making some genre based TV movies for the fans.

FEB 19: 3000 Miles:  Kevin Costner & Kurt Russell will star in the crime thriller '3000 Miles to Graceland' about a Las Vegas heist during the height of the convention season.

FEB 18: Robocop PD:  Just got an email from Julian Grant that the new Robocop website will be up by the end of the month. He wil email it to me when it is up and registered. I will post the site URL for all of you when I get it.

FEB 18: Superdud: Since its release the big budget, six director epic MGM flop, SUPERNOVA has grossed awhopping $13.3M. Scream 3 made $16 in its second week. Not impressive. They should have released Supernova straight to DVD/VHS.

FEB 18: X-Men: Marvel Films President, Arad, is totally elated with the X-Men movie. He has kept close stabs on the film. He is there every ten days and sees the dailys twice a week.

FEB 18: Cartoon Network Banned: The Chinese Government has banned the network claiming Bugs Bunny, Scooby Doo, Porky Pig, and Snagglepuss are on the communist party list. Their actions violated relevant Chinese rules.   Come on people. Let's grow up some here. Can you say... cartoon? I knew ya could. Now who is being a child. Jeez.

FEB 18: Aeon in Flux:  A live action film is in development based on the animated MTV series. Mike Finch has scripted this one.

FEB 18: 20/20: Mike Finch has penned an action script titled 20/20 which is set up for sequels. Dreamworks has purchased the rights to the script for six figures.

FEB 18: The Tick: The half-hour live action series pilot will be directed by Barry Sonnenfield (MIB). Patrick Warburton is to play the lead. Filming is to begin in April.

FEB 18: Scotty Daddy: As I am sure everyone has already heared the 80 year old Star Trek Engineer, James Doohan is going to be a father again. His 44 year old wife is do in April I believe. Here's an ad for Viagra already made... Way to go James!

FEB 16: Witchblade:  A two-hour TNT movie 'Witchblade' has finally began production. Ralph Hemecker is directing from a J.D. Zeik script. Yancy Butler (Drop Zone) will star as Sara Pezzini. Also in the pilot movie will be... Anthony Cistaro, Eric Etebari, and Will Yun Lee. Premieres on TNT in October.

FEB 16: Incredible Hulk: CGI is still on tap to create the Hulkster, from Industrial Light and Magic. Rick Moranis may play the puny Bruce Banner, (david in the series). Original Hulk Lou Ferrigno, will have some role in the new feature film.

FEB 16: Rollerball Remake: The new version for McTiernan is being penned by John Pogue. Chris Klein of American Pie my be on the verge of signing on to star in the role of Jonathan E.  Production may begin this summer.

FEB 16: Total Recall 2070 Alive?: Well, maybe. Cinescape is reporting that have received a rumor from someone in the production that the series may not be dead. Alliance Atlantis is still maintaining the studio where the show is filmed and new scripts are currently being written. If syndication ratings are decent it could startup again. Shouldn't you let people know that. Alot of viewers won't be watching the show since it is only the one season and that's it. If you like the show, tell you friends to start watching.

FEB 15: Blade 2:  Has been scripted by David Goyer, who also did the first feature. Progress has been slow but the director will be selected near the end of this month. Wesley Snipes will be returning to star.

FEB 15: Farscape USA:  A two-hour Farscape feature special will be airing on the USA Network March 14, at 9pm ET. They have combined the episodes 'Nerve' and 'the Hidden Memory'. This is probably to help increase interest in the series voted best scifi by TV Guide.

FEB 15: Trek Excelsior: Fans are trying to persuade Paramount to use Star Trek Excelsior as the new Trek Series. Check out there site. They are planning a special demonstation at the studio. Trek Excelsior.

FEB 15: Scream 3: Finished up at number 1 for the second week. Total earning for the two weeks is $57M.

FEB 15: Genre Kicks Butt: 3 of the top four films fit into the genre and spoke well this week. Two thrillers and one animated film. Number 1, Scream 3; 2 the Beach; And number 4, Tigger. (total earnings for the three films this week... $40.6M)

FEB 14: X-Files:   In the Feb. 13th episode (tonight) 'Closure' agent Mulder will finally learn what happened to his sister, Samantha, as the show nears its final episode. "Bout time too." Many may not be happy with the finding out.

FEB 14: Red Planet: Variety is reporting the release date of Val Kilmer's new movie from June 16 to Nov 10. Warner Bros claims the delay was necessary to allow completion of the film's extensive special effects.

FEB 14: Spielberg Award: The Directors Guild of America will honor Spielberg with the Lifetime Achievement Award on March 11 at the 52nd Annual DGA Awards.

FEB 14: Frakes Renewed: Director/Trek star, Jonathan Frakes has had his series 'The Lot', which he stars, renewed on AMC for 14 eps. The series is abouta fictional movie studio during Hollywood's classic days.

FEB 13: Genre Musicals: Either idea are dwendling for broadway shows or the genre is really taking off. In work are broadway shows for Batman, Blade Runner, and Dark Shadows... Imagine that.

FEB 13: Renewed Shows:  The Simpsons, Earth Final Conflict,  Beastmaster, Amazon and the Lost World. Looks like most of the new shows have survived for next season. Roswill is unknown as of yet.

FEB 13: Lone Gunman:  FOX has given the green light on the series pilot for the 2k season. This is an X-Files spin-off based on 3 recurring roles. Chris Carter will produce the shows pilot and series IF that happens. This has nothing to do with this possibly being the final season of the X-Files. Uh-huh.

FEB 13: UPN Fate?:  A Division of Chris-Craft has filed suit to prevent the Viacom-CBS Merger. Viacom says the suit is transparent without merit and will have no effect on planned merger with CBS. It is still unkknown if the FCC will prevent one corporation from owning two broadcast networks, CBS & UPN.

FEB 12: Now & Again:  John Goodman returns to the show he died on FEB 18. He will appear in flashbacks during Mr. Wiseman's catatonic trance. Goodman isn't hurting for money since Roseanne. He has 5 upcoming films. One opposite George Clooney.

FEB 12: John Goodman: The dead husband on Now and Again, and Roseanne star, is considering a  comedy series on FOX about two very different single dads. FOX has already committed to 13 episodes. (ultimate tv)

FEB 12: Roughnecks: The animated Starship Trooper series has been cut to only 37 episodes and all are completed for Sony. Next up for Foundation, who does the animated series, will be Heavy Gear. This one should be good too.

FEB 12: Karloff Sues: Daughter of the legendary actor, Boris Karloff is suing Universal for $10M over royalties that Sara, his daughter, claims is owned by the studio for merchandising featuring the image and likeness of her father. The lawsuit also claims the studio has failed to pay Sara royalties as had been previously agreed upon.

FEB 11: Jack nabbed it: the NEW Back2back   Action Hour which features Cleopatra 2525 and Jack of all Trades has jolted its way to the top of the syndicated ratings. Back2back averaged a 3.2 after three weeks on 234 stations.

FEB 11: BATMAN:   General Motors will begin using Batman and the Batmobile beginning Feb. 17 on NBC during the TV show ER. It will be to promote their new OnStar System.

FEB 11: 3rd Rock:  NBC has renewed 3rd Rock From the Son for the 2000/2001 season.

FEB 11: Living Dead:  the Library of Congress has officially declared Romero's 1968 feature 'Night of the Living Dead' as art. It has been added to the national film registry. Does this mean a re-make is in order? Hmmmm.

FEB 11: Bruce Wayne: A TV series is in development about an 18 yr old Wayne as he learns what he needs to become 'Batman'. The show would be in the tone of the TV series Buffy: the Vampire Slayer.

FEB 11: Bedazzled: Brendan Frasier will get about $10M for the comedy remake. Nice change. And $12M for the Mummy 2. Wow... $22M for his next two movies. Not bad $$$.

FEB 11: Strange Luck: The short lived series will be premiering on Channel 5 of the UK. They have also picked up First Wave.

FEB 11: Planet Arnold:  The Swartz has ended his 5 year association with the troubled restaurant chain, 'Planet Hollywood'. He has sold his interest in the chain. PH has been in backruptsy for 3 months. 9 poorly performing chains have closed.

 

FEB 11: SITE UPDATE: NEW Theme Music, added Cleopatra 2525 and Jack of all Trades. VHS label added, "Jack of All Trades" Also in  the process of uploading VHS Series Cover Sheets to the site. This will take awhile.

FEB 10: Jack of all Trades:   This campy new half-hour live action series that stars Bruce Campbell has the best opening since Drew Carey. You really need to see it if you haven't yet. It is extremely well done. You can download the wav here. But visually is the way you need to see it folks.

FEB 10: Cleopatra 2525:  The idea of unfreezing a stripper in the future sounds cheesey but the show is suprisingly decent. The special effects are very well done in most cases. Give the back2back hour a chance people. It ain't all bad.

FEB 10: Pitch Black: This has become a go see movie. Farscape's Claudia Black is in this one as Shazza. She dies folks, Not a starring role. Reviews have been excellent and it is due out this month. Don't mess this one like you did Deep Blue Sea and Lake Placid.

FEB 10: Super Ripley: Not Ellen Ripley from alien, but Ripley's believe it or not will be a new series on TBS. Hosting the show will be Ex-Superman Dean Cain. My, how the mighty, or shall I say Super, have fallen.

FEB 9: Space Above & Beyond: Morgan & Wong, creators of the show, are still miffed at FOX over how the show was handled. Says Wong, "They kept pre-empting the show & moving it." dispite broken  promises of five straight weeks in one time slot. "I think they wanted us to do a different show like Starfleet Academy."  Even now SAAB has a huge fan base world wide. Another screw-up by FOX. Would be great on the big screen.

FEB 9: Cleo 2525: Gina Torres co-star of Cleopatra 2525, was a semi-regular for a stint on Hercules as Nebula, the pirate queen and girlfriend to Elolaus. She was also in an episode of Xena with Bruce Campbell as Queen Cleopatra. Some of you might remember her from the FOX series M.A.N.T.I.S. Her part dwindled when they decided to kill off Elolaus... he got better.

FEB 9: Beastmaster:Jackson Raine might be the clumsy side-kick of the Beastmaster, but in reality,  Mr. Raine is a blackbelt martial artist. Impressive.

FEB 8: Angel:  In an upcoming of WB's Angel episode, Bai Ling will play an otherworldly princess. She has also signed on with the show to become a regular. Ling played in the feature film 'Anna And The King'.

FEB 8: the Others:    12 episodes have been ordered. Production has relocated to Paramount Studios.

FEB 8: Segal Back: After a recent flop and less than stellar showings at the box office.  Steven Segal will star in a Joel Silver film for Warner Bros. titled 'Exit ____'. Forgot the entire name. Will be an action picture.

FEB 8: DiCaprio 2: The time may come soon when Dicaprio may have to choose between being SPIDERMAN and ANAKIN SKYWALKER. He is now the front runner for Spidey. Don't you think Chris O'Donnell would be better for spidey in the physical department as well as the acting department? Anakin maybe, Spidey... no way.

FEB 7: UPN Update: Viacom has exercised a purchase option to force the issue of who will own UPN. Chris Craft has 45 days to make a decision. on what he wants to do. If Viacom gets full ownership it is believed that UPN will fold. It is already losing money.

FEB 7: Scream 3: Miramax says NO to Internet media. No internet press is allowed. They think the internet will give away all the secrets. That the internet has no integrity. The Internet press cannot be trusted to respect the kinds of restrictions put on print and broadcast journalists. (backstage pass)

FEB 7: X-Men:   Marvel Comics is happy with the feature film version of the comic in production at this time. There is already tales of a sequel and of course action figures for the movie. The long awaited trailer should be out soon. Fiming should be completed in April.

FEB 7: To the TV and Beyond:   Disney is bringing Buzz Lightyear to Television as an animated series later this year.

FEB 6: The Others:   Having aired last night, or tonight depending on your reading of this update, More than one producer and actor has jokingly thanked the gods 'the Others' was picked up by NBC rather than FOX. Glen Morgan us unhappy with the Saturday @ 10pm time slot. I wouldn't laugh to loud guys. NBC is as bad as FOX about pulling the plug on a show.

FEB 6: New TREK is go:   Yes Paramount is in denial, again. But it has leaked out that supposedly (big word for rumor), that Brannon Braga has said that Paramount has given the green light on a news series as well as a 10th movie. However, for now the movie is on hold but will be made.

FEB 6: Trek GvsE:  Ex-trek writer Ronald Moore has joined the staff of SFC Good vs Evil. Hired about six weeks ago, he is supervising overall script quality for the show. A short term deal.

FEB 6: Campbell Bio:   Bruce Campbell, star of Jack of All Trades, has written his autobiography titled " Confessions of a B-Movie actor". It will be published this fall.

FEB 6: Dark Angel: James Cameron has added 'Party of Five's' Jennifer Blanc to the cast of his FOX pilot movie 'Dark Angel'.

FEB 6: DVD News: Stargate SG-1 is due soon with its 3 hour TV Movie edition @ $24.95srp, starring Richard Dean Anderson. Others coming... 1979's Meteor starring Sean Connery & Martin Landau @ $24.98 . And Destination Moon @ $24.98srp.

FEB 6: Jeri Ryan: Who portrays seven of nine is dating Brannon Braga, the producer of the show. And Ryan says they are extremely happy. That's one way to your foot in the door on the next series... just kidding.

FEB 5: Blackheart: Mathew Blackheart as it will now be called in the US has been sold to 49% of the television market. Series is produced by Richard Donner and stars Robert Bogue.

FEB 5: RENEWED series:  Series renewed for second season are Amazon, Stargate SG-1. Cleo and Jack of all Trades have been renewed for the full season.

FEB 5: Robo got back: The new Robocop: Prime Directive Television Trilogy will now be coming directly to Video. Then to pay per view and then as a NEW syndicated TV SERIES. Reports are that the series movies and new series is dark, bloody and violent. Robocop as a dark knight. It is produced by Fireworks Entertainment. (eon magazine)

FEB 5: Battlefield Earth update: We already know there is going to be a sequel to the May release of the movie. Now there is going to a prequel that sets up LRH's novel. SciFi author Algis Budrys has been hired to write it. J. Travolta is reportedly to star in this one too. The Pyschlos come to earth and we meet Johnny GB Tylers parents.

FEB 5: Slider says Bye:  Clevant Derricks, who is Rembrandt Brown through the entire series wants the fans of the show to know he loved the character and the fans. He is sorry to see the show end. Time to slide on home. Keep those fingers crossed for the new movie starring the original cast. Series had a lousy ending.

FEB 4: The Tick: The half-hour live action series will be produced by Barry'e Josephson & Sonnenfield.

FEB 4: Simpsons Go IMAX:    Sony & Dreamworks will be bringing the Simpsons to a 3D universe. Cyberworld will hit world wide in Oct. 2K

FEB 4: Witchblade: TNT will finally film a pilot next month. Casting is to be announced soon.

FEB 4: Monster Smasher: Direct TV Action Adventure Network is shopping around "Mathew Blackheart: Monster Smasher". Why not just Blackheart. Title needs work. Sounds cheesey.

FEB 4: The Others: The new paranormal series premieres tomorrow night, FEB 5 at 10pm on NBC.

FEB 4: Cross-over:  Pretender and Profiler crossover for the second time, first for this season.

FEB 4: Trivia Note: Dennis Haysbert who plays Dr. Theo on Now & Again, has been on a Sci-Fi series before. He was in the second season of Buck Rogers as part of the bridge crew. I just watched episode 29, the Guardian, and he had a speaking role. Very interesting tidbit. I liked him best as Cerano in 'Major League'.

FEB 2: Spiderman:  Latest rumor has it that Sony has narrowed director duties to 2 candidated, David Fincher, and Chris Columbus. I have also read that Raimi is in final negotiations to direct also. The rumor mill is active on this one. From two months ago, Chris Odonnell was rumored to be playing the webslinger. Nothing heard about that since.

FEB 2: Daredevil: The Marvel crimefighter  is said to be on the fast track at Sony Pictures. They are currently negotiating numbers with the comic book giant, Marvel comics.

FEB 2: Dr. Strange: This Marvel comics is also in work as a feature film by Columbia Pictures. Don  Murphy is slated to produce

FEB 3: Sherlock Dracula: Columbia Pictures has purchased a script of Sherlock Holmes  against the Lord of the Undead.. It is scripted by  first timer Micheal Valle. Rumor says that Chris Columbus may develop as well as direct the picture. It will be in the genre of the recent Mummy picture.

FEB 1: Millenium Man still: G. Larson is still convinced that the UPN movie recently shown 'Millenium Man' could still be turned into a weekly series.  Come on Glenn, this was a terrible pilot.

FEB 1: Jason vs Freddy: David Goyer, who wrote Blade, has been brought in to Polish up the final script on Freddy vs Jason film. A unique idea may be used where two ending are filmed. One with Jason winning and the other with Freddy winning. Audiences won't know which version they are going to see. This is a novel idea.

FEB 1: Hellraising: Doug Bradley is to be returning as PIN HEAD for Hellraiser V & VI. Scott Derrickson is said to be directing both sequels. James Remar will star in number 5, which is due for a late 2k1 release.

FEB 1: Anoyager:  ST voyager has changed its style  with more stories for the Seven and Janeway characters this season. Seven, since Paramount wants to feature her more, and Janeway since Mulgrew was going to walk if they didn't. Other than the individual story each character gets the rest of the crew has almost disappeared with the exception of the good doctor. This... formula is starting to take away from the show. At least for some.

FEB 1: Julius Ceasar:  Michael Mann and Tom Hanks are teaming up for a feature film about Caesar's rise to power. Mann will direct and Hanks will produce. Daniel Day-Lewis may star.
